So you made the bet using the Sweet 16 Speculation simple rules but what if you teams play against each other or ar not on the same betting slip!?  Read on -

WHAT IF 2 OF MY 16 PLAY EACH OTHER ON THE SAME DAY? - There ar two ways to get around this.  The first option is the easiest - if 2 of your 4 teams from a league are to be playing each other simply bet on the home team to win lowering the amount of teams in the accumulator.  i.e if all your 16 teams are playing each other then you would only be betting on 8 teams to win their home games.  8 will always be the absolute minimum amount of teams you will bet on to win and this would happen only on the rarest of days.

The second option is to choose a back up team for each team you have already chosen.  i.e once you have chosen your 4 from each league then smiply choose another 4 substitute teams to back them up.  if 2 of the originals or 'Chosen Ones' as I like to call them are playing each other then always bet on the home team to win.  Replace the away team with thats team's substitute and continue the bet as normal with sub in place.  Having a substitute for every one of your 16 original teams would mean that you always bet on 16 teams to win.

WHAT IF MY TEAMS ARE NOT PLAYING ON THE SAME BETTING SLIP? - Sometimes this will happen as for example League 1 might be playing on a different week.  Use the rules relating to substitute teams and either just bet with the teams present on the betting slip or by using a sub team for each of the original 16 you should be able to make up the numbers.

Coral, Ladbrokes andWilliam Hill have weekend accumulator betting sheets where you will be able to tick off your teams from all leagues playing on a given weekend and usually mid-week games as well so you should be able to complete you Sweet 16 Speculation bet.

Simple as this: Choose your 16 teams, 4 from each of the English Football leagues and place an accumulator bet for all teams to win every week of the football season!

Never change your teams for the entire 40 weeks unless you use the substitute system of swapping teams.  by Keeping your 16 teams you keep to the integrity of the bet and play to the destiny of randomness and chance that these teams will one day all win on the same day.  The name of the game is chance, dicipline & patience.

HOW CAN I BET WITHIN THE ACCUMMULATOR? - If you wish to play a much bigger stake then you can bet on all the doubles, triples, four-folds etc.  You would be guaranteed to win something but your outlay would be in the £1000s.  Of course if you done this on the day when your 16 teams came in the you could be looking at the bookies maximum of £1000000+

NOW FOR THE BEST BIT - Mini Sweet 16 Accumulator bets
The way to actually make money - Think of the Sweet 16 Accumulator as your own personal Lottery, you have picked the teams and bet this all by yourself and one day by chance and systematic reasoning the bet will come in if you stick with the teams.  These 16 teams are yours to play with however you want.  Place your big bet for £1 then look within the 16 teams that week for unbelievably obvious results like for example Man City vs Swansea, find these then bet more accumulators within them.  A £5 bet on a five team accumulator normally brings in about £100 but get to know your 16 teams and know their strengths and weaknesses against their opponents each week, find the 'set in stone' wins each week and place the bet.
